My Weekly Move

Your AI can answer anything. It can’t tell you what matters this week.

My Weekly Move is a two-minute mirror. Five honest questions, the one area of your life most worth protecting, and one small move for the week.

You leave with a check-in prompt in your words. Paste it into the AI you already use, and it asks you later this week: did you make your move?

No signup. No app. Nothing stored on our servers.

Question 1 of 5

Body

Where is your body right now? Answer honestly. No one sees this but you.

The one to protect

Relationships

Of the five areas, this is the one you marked lowest. Small moves here matter most. The mirror only points. It never judges.

Your one move for the week

Small enough to do.
Big enough to matter.

Pick one, or write your own in your words. Your own words make the stronger promise.

or make it yours

The check-in

When should your AI ask you about it?

Pick a day. Your prompt will tell your AI to ask you then, plainly: did you make your move?

Your check-in prompt

Take this to your AI.

Why this works. It gives your AI three things: what matters (your area), what to watch (your move), and when to ask (your day). That is the whole trick, and now you know it.
  1. Copy the prompt above.
  2. Paste it into the AI you already use.
  3. Come back Friday and tell me: did you make your move?

Welcome back

Your move this week:

Recorded

Good. That is honest.

Fair questions

Why go here instead of asking my AI directly?

Your AI will happily chat about your week for twenty minutes and you will leave with nothing. This site imposes structure: five areas, one answer, one move, one prompt. It is the difference between journaling and being asked a direct question. Your AI also only knows what you have told it, it agrees with you too easily, and it may not reliably follow up unless you give it a time and a clear instruction.

Is the check-in tested?

Honestly: the five-question structure is common sense, not science. What the research does support is the mechanic underneath it: weekly check-ins help people follow through. This site is new. We will publish what we learn, starting with one number: how many people say they made their move.

Do I need an account? What do you store?

No account, no email, no tracking of who you are. Your answers stay in your own browser. We count anonymous events (started, finished, copied the prompt, came back) so we can tell if the thing works. That is it.

Is this medical or mental health advice?

No. This is a mirror, not a diagnosis and not treatment. If you are struggling, talk to someone you trust or a professional.

Why weekly?

A week is short enough to act and long enough to matter. Resolutions die by February. A week is a bet you can win.

Who made this?

Built by Billy Litner. Inspired by Randy Pausch’s question: are you spending your time on the right things?
